Edwards E2M28 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump. Short run time from new in Lab

Unit is quiet, oil drained is clear. I wired it up and tested this vacuum pump before packaging.

I filled the unit with new vacuum pump oil and started it. It runs very nice quickly pulling into a deep vacuum. After allowing to run for a while, I drained the oil into a jar to look for any color or debris. The oil is clear with no smell. This vacuum pump is ready to perform.
